1. It is used to test the comprehensive sensitivity of fluorescent or non-fluorescent magnetic powder used in flaw detection to ensure the implementation of the magnetization specification of parts. It is a necessary tool for testing the magnetic powder or magnetic suspension of magnetic powder testing instrument. This test block conforms to the appendix of document 95-114 of Ministry of Railway vehicles. Used for magnetic particle inspection of other parts of vehicle.
1, Type B test block is suitable for dc electromagnetic powder flaw detection, dry magnetic powder, fluorescent or non-fluorescent magnetic suspension sensitivity display. 2.
