Digital Barcol Hardness Tester TM937-1 with 0.1HBa Resolution for Large and Thick Workpieces and 0-100HBa Testing Range

The TM937-1 Digital Barcol Hardness Tester is designed for testing aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, GFRP, hard plastic, and similar materials. With significantly higher sensitivity than commonly used Wechsler Hardness Testers and pointer-type Barcol Hardness testers, this instrument eliminates the need for workpiece support or movement, making it exceptionally easy to operate. It is particularly suitable for super large and thick workpieces and assemblies in the aluminum processing industry.

• Digital display provides intuitive readings with 0.1HBa resolution, significantly higher than traditional pointer-type Barcol Hardness Testers
• Easy pressing needle replacement - when testing full scale, if indication is not at 100HBa, simply press the needle back to the pressure cylinder and use the Reset button to adjust to 100HBa
• External calibration mode allows all adjustments (except pressure needle) without disassembling the casing, using adjustment screws and screen buttons on the instrument
