TMTeck Universal Mini-Wheel Encoder, Compatible with Olympus NDT Standard PA Wedges for Phased Array UT Inspection

The TMTeck Universal Mini-Wheel Encoder is designed for the positioning and dimensioning of defects along the scan axis. It synchronizes data acquisition with probe movement, making it a reliable component for phased array ultrasonic testing (PA UT) workflows.

The encoder is waterproof and compatible with the HST-X04 scanner as well as Olympus NDT standard PA wedges that can be connected using the included bracket kit. Its miniature construction features an aluminium casing and a stainless steel wheel, delivering a resolution of 12 counts per millimeter (304.8 counts per inch).
